About the role

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our high-performing team at Excel Body and Health Clinic Rosanna.

You’ll be stepping into a warm caseload, with the opportunity to make a real impact alongside a supportive group of Osteopaths and Physiotherapists.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

· Delivering high-quality, patient-centred Physiotherapy consults

· Managing treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical notes

· Collaborating closely with your new team across multiple disciplines

· Supporting the existing Physiotherapy caseload across the practice

· Lead Clinical Rehab & Pilates classes in our gym space

· You’ll have flexibility to shape your ideal schedule—with room to grow over time.

You’re not just an Osteopath - you’re someone who loves making people feel seen, supported, and stronger.

You’re the kind of person who:

· Communicates with empathy and listens with intent

· Genuinely cares about patients and their long-term outcomes

· Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to the team

· Enjoys a good team lunch or social eventIs driven, reliable, and looking for a long-term place to grow

· Open to feedback, mentoring, and learning from others

What you’ll need to bring:

· Registered Osteopath with AHPRA

· Current professional indemnity insurance

· Ideally 3+ years of experience - but we’re open to a top-notch grad

· Bonus points if you love dry needling, rehab, or working alongside Physiotherapists
